From Scratch - We meet with all our customers in person and carefully cover their needs, wants, and even dislikes before we construct their webpage.

We then draw up a propsal that lists the key features the webpage or site is to have, estimated completion time, and total estimated hours of work.

If the customer accepts the proposal we typically ask for half* the total price as a deposit. When the site is completed the balance is then due.

Maintenance - Some of our customers are perfectly comfortable doing minor maintenance and updates to the site themselves. Others, however, wish us to continue maintaining the site for them.

Site maintenance is the same rate as site creation ($30/hr). However, we recommend that customers choose a regular interval for updates. This maximizes the use of our time, and their dollar.
